Anna Hinterberger

My name is Anna Hinterberger, I am a medical student at the MUW and will spend 8 weeks of my KPJ from the beginning of May to the end of June 2022 at the Center for Public Health at the Department of Health Economics. During my studies I did scientific research at the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the General Hospital of Vienna and was able to participate in some clinical trials. During my work I was not only interested in clinical aspects of scientific work but also health economic issues. Therefore, I decided to spend one of my internships at the Department of Health Economics.

I am very interested in scientific work and look forward to getting insights into health economics and hope that the time at ZPH will positively affect my future scientific work as it will give me new, health economical perspectives.
